You're missing the workload named ".NET desktop development", which contains among others these project templates. So re-run setup and install that workload.

I think the issue was by ths following , Here is the solution: In Visual Studio 2013, select Tools > Extensions and Updates Check for updates. You should have the Azure SDK update available. Download and install the Azure SDK. After this, everything should work fine.
