will be helpful for those in need No, it's an index into an array inside the OS kernel, unique to that one process. File handles are usually just small integers.

Hope that helps You need to ensure that you have the appropriate account permissions on the account in order to access the folder the mdf file is located in.
More detail can be found in the following link.

will help you Its not Makefile.txt, you have to name it without any extension just Makefile. Then run the command.
FIY make by default searches for Makefile in the current working directory. You can change this default behavior by typing make -f filename into the command prompt.

I hope this helps . It appears I had problems with client side caching, therefore the problem was at the operating system level.
To resolve I formatted the local database with this command:
code :
REG ADD "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\CSC\Parameters" /v FormatDatabase /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

wish help you to fix your issue I want to create a text file as a operating system file using vba code? Is this possible? Reason I want to do this is so that the regular user cannot see the text file. I know there's the save file as hidden feature but i don't want to use that. Any help is appreciated. . , You can do this with the Scripting.FileSystemObject:
code :
'Requires reference to Microsoft Scripting Runtime
Sub SetSystemHiddenAttribs(filepath As String)
    With New Scripting.FileSystemObject
        With .GetFile(filepath)
.Attributes = .Attributes Or Hidden Or System
        End With
    End With
End Sub

wish of those help I got the solution Thank you @Oscar for the solution. This is the problem originated due to visual studio's default behavior of storing the all projects in C drive and folders. Best solution Store the project files in other drives other than the OS.
Temporary solution: just rightclick -> property -> security give write permission
