Calling C++ code from C

seems to work fine First, write a C API wrapper to your object-based library. For example if you have a class Foo with a method bar(), in C++ you'd call it as Foo.bar(). In making a C interface you'd have to have a (global) function bar that takes a pointer to Foo (ideally in the form of a void pointer for opacity). Wrap the DECLARATIONS for the C API you've exported in extern "C".
(I don't remember all the damned cast operators for C++ off-hand and am too lazy to look it up, so replace (Foo*) with a more specific cast if you like in the following code.)

How to determine if a phone number (with country calling code) is equal to another (whithout country calling code)

around this issue There is no easy way to convert from a local format to E.164 format. The problem is that every countries local mobile format varies, so you can't have one set of rules for all countries. You have to find out what formats a countries local mobile carrier supports.
If you have to support multiple countries then you may be base it on the MCC/MNC returned from the iphone. I have yet to find a list of what the local formats are supported in what countries. It also doesn't get around the problem of a roaming phone where the number is in a local format.

Why does calling code as a function take longer than calling it directly in Clozure Common lisp?

should help you out The difference is probably due to the regular expression.
Here the regex is a literal string:
code :
 (cl-ppcre:scan ".*?january.*?agami.*?"
                (funcall (symbol-function field) record))
(defun searchx (regex &rest fields)
  (loop for field in fields
    append (loop for record in RECORDS
             when (cl-ppcre:scan regex (funcall (symbol-function field) record))
             collect record)))
(defun searchx (regex &rest fields)
  (loop
    with scanner = (cl-ppcre:create-scanner regex)
    for field in fields
    append (loop for record in RECORDS
             when (cl-ppcre:scan scanner (funcall (symbol-function field) record))
             collect record)))
(time (searchx (cl-ppcre:create-scanner
                 ".*?january.*?agami.*?")
              'full-name
              'email))

Calling python code in anaconda environment from nodejs debug mode in VS Code

it should still fix some issue When you are calling the script from Nodejs I think you are using the default python installation. Something like this:
code :
const spawn = require("child_process").spawn;
const pythonProcess = spawn('python',["path/to/script.py", arg1, arg2, ...]);
const spawn = require("child_process").spawn;
const pythonProcess = spawn('/full/path/to/example-env/bin/python3',["path/to/script.py", arg1, arg2, ...]);

Error calling method on NPObject when calling Java Applet Method from GWT Client code

around this issue I don't know if you've come to a solution on that one but bear in mind that GWT plugin in Chrome returns that kind of errors running the debug mode IF the object you're trying to deserialize/"javascript-ify" is too big. Apparently it has to do with some kind of stack size somehow...
I've noticed that it works great on Safari for mac and of course when code is compiled... how annoying! I'm testing everything on a mac safari now since it's the only webkit-based plugin we have at the moment.
